Shipping Info

I do my absolute best to offer the most affordable postage options for my amazing customers - I do however always recommend opting for the postage option that has insurance to match your order cost.

If you choose to pay for a postage option that does not include insurance, you will not be refunded if your package goes missing or is damaged.

I've broken down the different types of postage options I offer and what they cover!

Sticker Mail UK

This is reserved for UK customers purchasing stickers ONLY.

Sticker Mail does not include tracking information. This is a cheaper and popular option for relatively inexpensive and small products. However if your order goes missing or is damaged, I cannot provide a refund. Please upgrade to First Class Signed For if this is something you want coverage for!

This is a good postage option for UK based customers - your parcel is insured up to £50

You will receive a reference number for your parcel and delivery time is estimated for Next Day (not during busy holiday periods - please check Royal Mail website for updates on shipping estimates)

UK First Class Signed For

Sticker Mail International

This is reserved for customers purchasing stickers ONLY.

Sticker Mail does not include tracking information. This is a cheaper and popular option for relatively inexpensive and small products. However if your order goes missing or is damaged, I cannot provide a refund. Please upgrade to International Tracked if this is something you want coverage for!

International Standard

This is a good postage option for customers based outside of the UK and don't mind not having tracking information.

Your parcel is covered up to £20 - if your package goes missing, this is all I can refund you. If you'd like comprehensive insurance and tracking please upgrade to International Tracked.

This is a good postage option for UK based customers - your parcel is insured up to £750

You will receive a reference number for your parcel and delivery time is guaranteed by 1pm the next day (not weekends, but I'm out of the studio on weekends anyway, and always aim to post your portraits during weekdays)

UK Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 1pm)

International Tracked

This is a good postage option for customers based outside of the UK.

Your parcel is covered up to £250 and has full tracking information, from the UK to your door.

When will my order be posted?

For premade items like prints and sticker, I aim to have them packaged and sent 1-3 days after your order. For personalised items like custom portraits and commissioned originals, please refer to the item listing!

How long does delivery take?

1-7 days for UK orders, and 2-8 weeks for International orders

My parcel is damaged or lost :(

Eco-friendly?

I do my best to use recyclable materials in all my shipping gear! All envelopes are recyclable, I use glassine bags for sticker bags that are 100% curb side recyclable, and any tape used is biodegradable kraft tape.

I do try to re-use any packaging I can, so please don't mind if there's a bit of non-'hannah berrisford' branding visible.

I've recently switched to compostable cellophane packets (I ordered mine from littlegreenco) and have also switched to using a thermal label printer for postage stickers. The only non-recyclable part of my packaging is the backing paper from the thermal labels - I am currently trying to find a UK based provider for recyclable thermal labels!
